Who we are
I'm Dylan Howland. I've spent 15 years in construction, including work as a superintendent on high-end commercial projects, and I own High Bar Home and Property Services here in the OKC metro.
High Bar Owner Services is for owners who live out of town. When something breaks at a rental you can't drive to, you need someone local who answers the phone, does the job right, and shows you the work.
- One contact for repairs, punch lists, make-readies between tenants, and small remodels.
- Licensed trades handled. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and roofing go to licensed, insured subcontractors under our contract.
- You set an approval limit. We take care of anything under it and send a written estimate for anything over it.
- Photos and video before and after every job, so you can see the work without flying in.
- We schedule access with your tenant and send you the timeline.
We're a contractor, not a property manager. You keep your leasing, your tenants, and your rent, and we take care of the house.
